Fèisean seek funding in Aviva Community Fund Public Vote

Three Fèis groups are calling for the support of their local communities to help win funding as part of the Aviva Community Fund 2017.

Fèis na h-Apainne in Argyll and Fèis a’ Bhaile in Inverness are relying on public votes to increase their chances of winning funding of up to £1,000 in the Skills for Life category.  Meanwhile Fèis Rois in Ross-shire are in the running for up to £5000 in the Health and Wellbeing category for their Interplay project, an initiative developed in partnership with HMP Inverness which aims to enable individuals in custody to develop their music making skills as well as their skills for life, learning and work.

Only projects with the most votes will become finalists, so additional support is vital.

To get behind these three groups and help support traditional arts in the community, visit any of the links through from each organisation and submit your votes before midday on Tuesday 21 November 2017.
