RSCDS Edinburgh Children's Ball

Friday 16th March

Event Information

The Children’s Ball is the highlight of the dancing year for lots of young dancers from Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife. They all practice for weeks ahead of the event and it’s an amazing sight to see them all dressed up in their kilts and party dresses ready to take to the floor for an evening of Scottish country dancing.

The programme of dances is a mix of popular ceilidh dances along with a selection of dances from the RSCDS Jigs and Reels pack and dances the children enjoy. The Flying Scotsman is always a must on the programme!

Tickets for 2018 will be on sale soon and we’d be delighted to hear from anyone who would like to come along and join us.

Date: Friday 16th March 2018, 7.00 – 9.30pm

Venue: The Lauriston Hall, Lauriston Street, Edinburgh, EH3 9DJ
