Lilian Ross performs a selection of original songs inspired by stories from Scotland's history, traversing love and loss, murder, rebellion and displacement.

From The Rebel Tree, inspired by seamstress Lizzie Grant who followed her man to the Jacobite rebellion, to Fearless Lady Mariner which honours Betsy Miller, the first registered female skipper of a cargo boat, Lilian's mix of contemporary and traditional songs and stories weave together to entertain a dedicated listening audience.

The Centre's monthly storytelling session, with an open-floor section for storytellers to tell their own tales, all in the relaxed surroundings of the Storytelling Court.

If you are a Storytelling Centre Supporter, select a full price ticket to book at the discounted rate.

A booking fee of £1 is charged per transaction for online and phone bookings. No booking fee is applied to tickets purchased in person from the Scottish Storytelling Centre Box Office.
