How do we draw our audience into the worlds of the stories we tell? How do we make our stories resonate? This 2 day workshop, led on consecutive Saturdays by Fiona Herbert, is aimed at those who already have some experience of storytelling who want to tell tales that entertain and involve their listeners on a deeper level. Numbers are limited to ten with detailed individual feedback at and between sessions. The course will focus on the structures of story (how do they help or hinder?) and performance skills including rapport, pace, the function of detail or description and how to inhabit the characters of our tales.
