’S e oidhche meadhan an t-samhraidh a th’ ann, agus gun teagamh tha sgeul ri innse. Eadar am blàr a tha a’ dol eadar Rìgh is Banrigh nan sìdhichean, na leannain air chall sa choille and na cleasaichean gun dreuchd a tha a’ ruith thairis air an dealbh-chluich fhèin, tha amadanachd gu leòr ri faighinn san sgeul ainmeil èibhinn seo le Shakespeare air a chur dhan Ghàidhlig.
It’s midsummer night and there’s definitely a tale to tell. What with the war between the King and Queen of the fairies, the lovers lost in the woods and the amateur actors rehearsing their play – there is some buffoonery to be had in this famously funny Shakespeare tale in Gaelic.
