Event Information Buy Tickets

'In the 1970s there was a wee bit of a stooshie here in Scotland. I understand it reached other parts of the world too... it was called the Women’s Liberation Movement.'

Inspiring stories and songs about women’s activism and struggle from Edinburgh’s Magdalene institutions for "fallen women” to the Vietnam war, from the medieval witch killings to Zero Tolerance. Threaded through with names you may never have heard of, but were there and made a difference. Devised, performed and directed by Morna Burdon.

‘Deeply moving’ ★★★★ (BroadwayBaby.com).
